The following quote outlines the work included in making updates and changes to the website for Get on Board Inc. The goal of this project is to enhance the site's functionality and appearance to better serve the needs of the nonprofit.

  • Upon payment of $800.00, work will begin.
  • All Logo’s, Media, and Content Creation is the responsibility of the customer.
  • Ongoing Support and Maintenance after project completion and if required will be charged at a rate of $75.00 per hour.

Scope of Work:

  • Update website with a new commercial.
  • Update website with new photos.
  • Remove Greg's name from the existing commercial.
  • Update website with the new price sheet.
  • Investigate the Donate Tab functionality (only up to the point that the functionality exists within the website; third-party app issues are excluded).

Payment Terms:
Full payment of $800 is due before work begins. This upfront payment secures the project and ensures all necessary resources are allocated for the successful completion of the updates.

Revisions:
Two rounds of revisions are included in the quoted price. Any additional revisions requested after the two rounds will be charged at a rate of $75 per hour.

Client Responsibilities:
The client is responsible for providing all necessary content, media, and access to the website. This includes any required passwords, login information, and new materials (e.g., price sheets, photos, videos).

Third-Party Applications:
If issues arise related to third-party applications (such as CashApp), those will not be included in the scope of work unless they can be resolved within the website’s existing capabilities.

Communication:
All official change requests should be submitted via email to ensure that all updates and modifications are documented. General communication can occur via phone, but we will rely on email for tracking and confirmation of any requested changes.

Confidentiality:
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any sensitive information exchanged during the project.

Liability:
The service provider shall not be liable for any issues arising from the use of the updated website, including downtime or loss of data.
Troubleshooting Disclaimer:
While I will make every reasonable effort to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the website's functionality, it is important to note that not all troubleshooting may be successful. Factors beyond my control, including third-party applications, software limitations, or server-related issues, may impact the resolution of certain problems. As such, I cannot be held liable for any unresolved issues or functionality limitations arising from these circumstances.

Payment indicates the client’s agreement to these terms and conditions.
