Aspen Tech

As technical project lead, I provided technical support and analysis for an upgrade to our manufacturing suite, moving from version 8.4 to 8.7. This required close coordination with the vendor to ensure we met every technical requirement.

Informatica Upgrade

Provided Analysis, Testing, and Development of a subset of folders that were being upgraded to Informatica 10.

BlueCielo Implementation

I Participated in review meetings with senior team members and stakeholders; contributed to maintaining and prioritizing business requirements to ensure that the system platform met expectations. Also, I Participated in managing vendor priorities to ensure systems maximized business performance; reviewed priorities with business stakeholders, and managed timelines.

INFOR EAM Implementation

Converted IBM Maximo over to INFOR EAM.

SEO Optimization

Worked with a Health and Wellness Coach to build several websites based on basic information provided. The websites were built and ended up on the first page of google as a result of the SEO Optimization provided.

VB.NET to Automic(UC4) Conversion

Designed and developed technical specifications for business critical systems, including: requirement specifications, detailed design specifications, test protocols, and user guides. Gather requirements and developed test qualifications for our Commercial systems. Re-engineered legacy processes to assist stakeholders in meeting business objectives.

Maximo IBM Cost Control

Implemented a change to support a new business process focused on financial authorities.

Maximo IBM Material Handling

Implemented a change to support a new business process focused on material handling.

ITSM Category Organization

We underwent a re-organization of how we were categorizing tickets submitted through ITSM(BMC Remedy). To provide this re-org, I had to meet with business leaders to ensure we were following best practices. Communications with groups within the company were necessary to ensure acceptance of the new categories.

Implementation of ShipXpress

Replaced a legacy system with a new vendor application. This included things like, cross-org communications, disaster recovery planning, software integrations, use of best practices and many more. I Followed technical specifications for purposes of designing and implementing ShipXpress (user requirement, design, and gap analysis specifications); maintained the scope of this project, as well as priorities for such projects.
